• Coordinate with various hotel departments to meet guest needs
• Build relationships
Building relationships is another key to success. In a hotel, the aim is to build trust, loyalty and relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Implement sales strategies to maximise hotel revenue.
• Promote the brand.
The sales and marketing team is also responsible for promoting the hotel’s brand and reputation.
– Follow-up and resolve customer complaints
– Ensure that hotel safety standards are respected and maintained
– Maintain hotel activity reports and performance indicators
Requirements:
– Previous experience in the hotel industry
– In-depth knowledge of project management in a hotel environment
– Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult situations
– Excellent customer service skills and ability to work as part of a team
– Good written and oral communication skills in French, English and a third language
