Maître d’Hôtel

As a true ambassador of the hotel’s image, you will oversee the operational coordination of the restaurant service while ensuring an impeccable experience for our clientele.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant service and coordinate the F&B teams;
  • Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and elegance;
  • Guarantee the quality and service standards expected in a 5-star establishment;
  • Organize service preparation, assign tasks, and supervise operations;
  • Handle guest requests, feedback, and potential complaints with diplomacy;

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Maître d’Hôtel or Assistant Maître d’Hôtel in luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments;
  • Excellent presentation and strong attention to detail;
  • Natural leadership and strong organizational skills;
  • Outstanding sense of service and guest-oriented mindset;

  • Flexible working hours required (evenings, weekends, and public holidays);
  • Strong stress management and prioritization skills;

Purchasing & Stock Manager

We are looking for a rigorous, organized, and hands-on Purchasing & Stock Manager / Cost Controller to ensure the optimal management of the hotel’s inventories, orders, and supplies.

As a key operational support for the different departments, you will oversee the proper handling of goods and contribute to cost optimization while maintaining the establishment’s quality standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the daily management of inventories and supplies;
  • Receive, inspect, and store merchandise
    Verify the conformity of deliveries (quantities, quality, temperatures, documentation);
  • Conduct regular inventories and monitor discrepancies;
  • Control stock rotation and expiration dates;
  • Collaborate with various departments (Kitchen, F&B, Housekeeping, Wellness, Front Office, etc.);
  • Contribute to cost optimization and loss prevention;
  • Enter and manage the administrative follow-up of orders and deliveries;
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP procedures, hygiene, and safety standards;
  • Maintain storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with internal standards;

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in a similar position within hospitality, horeca, or logistics management is considered an asset;
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
    Ability to work autonomously and proactively;
  • Good physical condition and hands-on operational presence;
  • Comfortable using IT tools and management software;

Revenue Manager

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Revenue Manager to optimize the hotel’s pricing strategy, revenue performance, and overall business results.

As a key strategic player within the hotel, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue across the different departments of the establishment while contributing to the development and structuring of the Revenue Management department.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the hotel’s pricing strategy;
  • Optimize revenue for rooms, packages, and other hotel services;
  • Analyze performance, market trends, competition, and key business indicators;
  • Monitor occupancy rates, ADR, RevPAR, and other KPI’s;
  • Adjust pricing and availability according to periods, events, and forecasts;
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales, Front Office, Marketing, and Management teams;
  • Supervise distribution channels and OTA platforms;
  • Participate in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses;
  • Identify opportunities for growth and revenue optimization
  • Implement efficient procedures, reporting systems, and monitoring tools;
  • Structure and develop the Revenue Management department;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial strategies and operational processes;

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Revenue Manager within the hospitality industry;
  • Excellent command of numerical analysis and hotel KPI’s;
  • Strong knowledge of OTA’s, channel managers, PMS, and revenue management tools;
  • Ability to make strategic decisions based on data analysis;
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills;
  • Strong commercial vision and results-oriented mindset;
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and proactive personality;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple departments;
  • Experience in structuring or developing a department is considered a strong asset;
  • Fluency in French is essential; English is strongly preferred. Dutch is considered an asset;

Sales Manager

As part of the commercial development of our 5-star establishment, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Commercial Manager with an active client portfolio and solid experience within the hospitality, events, or luxury sectors.

As a true ambassador of the establishment, you will be responsible for business development, client retention, and increasing the hotel’s revenue. The position also includes a strategic and structural dimension aimed at developing the commercial department and professionalizing its operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Actively develop the hotel’s client portfolio;
  • Prospect new corporate clients, MICE accounts, agencies, events, and business partners;
  • Ensure follow-up and loyalty of existing clients;
  • Implement commercial actions and business development strategies;
  • Participate in the negotiation of contracts, offers, and partnerships;
  • Represent the hotel at events, trade fairs, and professional meetings;
  • Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure guest satisfaction;
  • Ensure rigorous administrative and commercial follow-up;
  • Analyze commercial performance and propose improvement strategies;
  • Actively contribute to the high-end positioning of the establishment;

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the smooth running of operations during your shift;
